uneven experience at this location
good locationold furniturestale items
the location was pretty good it was walkable from termini station.
the room was not great for the price i paid the air conditioning barely worked it struggled to keep the room cool enough during the day it was quite uncomfortable the furniture felt old and worn out it just did not create a good atmosphere in the room. the breakfast was ok it lacked variety and some items seemed stale. the elevator was small and difficult to use i struggled with my luggage.

the breakfast offered a great selection.
I found the room quite disappointing. It didn't resemble the photos i had seen before my arrival. also, the surrounding area seemed less appealing and not very safe for evening walks. i felt uneasy exploring the neighborhood at night. It was certainly something i hadn't expected.

the location was acceptable, close to transportation.
i encountered a problem . i found hairs on the towels provided in the bathroom. the bathroom lacked conditioner as an amenity. someone opened my door at 6am while i was in bed, it made me uncomfortable. this intrusion of privacy made me check out early.

the receptionists were so helpful with directions! they gave excellent information about sightseeing. the staff was cute and the breakfast had so many options. it was ample.
The cleanliness wasn't the best. i saw stained sheets, that was a let down. there were hairs in the bathroom. the lock didn't feel very secure. I wished there was a peephole.

the location were awesome, just a ten minutes walk from the termini station. i found many places nearby that had food. the metro station is very close too.
the room was simple and basic, also pretty old. it was clean but not suitable for a long stay. i also noticed there weren't any in-room heating controls.
